Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026. This is an English translation of the Russian version.

In short. Your 1C database stays with you. We keep only what the service needs to work: your account, settings and conversations with the agent, for a limited period that you set yourself. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

1. Who we are

The Bilem service (the bilem.ai website, the app.bilem.ai dashboard, the Bilem Cloud agent and the Bilem Agent program) is provided by SKP.KZ LLC, Plano, Texas, USA ("we"). Questions about data: [email protected].

2. Bilem Agent — the program on your computer

Bilem Agent runs on your computer or server and connects to 1C only on that computer. It does not send us 1C data and does not send telemetry. It goes online only to reach:

GitHub — to check for and download updates;
your mail server — when you ask it to send a document;
Bilem Cloud — only if you have enabled cloud mode yourself (section 3).

If you connect your own AI program (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) to Bilem Agent, your questions and the 1C answers are processed by the AI provider you chose, under its own terms. Bilem Agent is open source: github.com/skp-kz/bilem.ai.

3. What data we receive in the cloud

1C data. The cloud does not copy or store your database. The agent asks Bilem Agent only for what is needed to answer your question; the request goes over an encrypted channel opened by the program on your computer. Parts of the answer are saved only in the conversation, for the period in the table above.

3.1. ChatGPT, Claude and other AI programs via mcp.bilem.ai

You can connect Bilem to ChatGPT, Claude or another AI program at mcp.bilem.ai. Sign-in uses your Bilem account (OAuth); an owner or admin of the organization approves the connection and can revoke it in the dashboard at any time.

The cloud passes the AI program's request to Bilem Agent and returns the 1C answer. 1C answers are not stored in the cloud.
We keep a call log: account, AI program, tool, database, time, success — without the content of the answers. Retention is the same as for logs in the table above.
Access tokens are stored only as hashes.
Your questions and the 1C answers you receive are processed by the AI provider you chose (for example, OpenAI or Anthropic) under its own terms.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising. To run the service we use providers that process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare — hosting for the website, dashboard and database;
Okta (Auth0) — sign-in with Google, Microsoft, Facebook, GitHub; servers in the European Union;
Anthropic — the AI model that understands the question and phrases the answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data is not used to train models;
Groq — transcription of voice messages;
Telegram and Meta (WhatsApp) — message delivery in the messenger you chose, under their own terms;
GitHub — publishing Bilem Agent updates and issues you filed there yourself.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the USA and the EU. We disclose data to government authorities only when required by law.

5. How we protect data

Connections use HTTPS only; the channel between the cloud and Bilem Agent is encrypted and opened from your side, no inbound ports are needed.
Bot tokens and conversations are stored encrypted.
The agent answers only people on the organization's allowlist.
Bilem Agent reads 1C under a separate user without write rights; it creates documents only as unposted drafts and only from an allowed list.
Our team accesses data only to provide support at your request.

6. Your rights

At any time you can:

find out what data about you we store and get a copy;
correct it;
clear conversations and agent memory — in the dashboard;
disconnect a channel or delete your account — the organization's data is then deleted within 30 days, except what we are required to keep by law (for example, payment documents);
revoke Bilem's access in your Google, Microsoft, Facebook or GitHub settings.

7. Cookies

The dashboard uses one essential cookie — the sign-in session (up to 30 days). There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the website or in the dashboard.

8. Children

The service is intended for organizations and is not designed for persons under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page and notify you of material changes in advance in the dashboard or by e-mail.
