Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026. This is an English translation of the Russian version.

1. About the service

Bilem is the bilem.ai website, the app.bilem.ai dashboard, the Bilem Cloud agent and the Bilem Agent program. They are provided by SKP.KZ LLC, Plano, Texas, USA. By signing in to the dashboard or using the programs, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Bilem is a connector module for the 1C:Enterprise program: it works only with 1C databases you connect yourself, and AI programs (ChatGPT, Claude and others) get access only with your consent. Bilem is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by 1C Company; 1C and 1C:Enterprise are trademarks of their respective owner.

2. Stage: beta

The service is in open beta. Features may change, work with interruptions and contain errors. We give notice of changes that affect your data or payments.

3. Bilem Agent

Bilem Agent is distributed free of charge as open source under the MIT license ("as is", without warranties). License terms are in the repository github.com/skp-kz/bilem.ai.

4. Account and access

Register on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent, and connect only 1C databases you have lawful access to.
You are responsible for whom you add to the agent's allowlist and to the organization's members.
Do not try to access other people's data, bypass the service's limits or load it with automated requests beyond your plan.

5. AI answers

The agent answers from your 1C data using an artificial intelligence model and states the date the data is as of. Answers may contain inaccuracies. Bilem does not replace an accountant: decisions about payments, reporting and accounting are made by you and your accountant. The agent creates documents as unposted drafts and sends them only after your confirmation.

6. Paid plans

Prices and plan contents are on the Pricing page. Payment terms, closing documents and refunds are governed by the agreement (public offer) accepted at payment.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the consequences of decisions made based on the agent's answers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the last 3 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated, notifying you in advance unless the violation threatens the security of the service or other customers.

9. Changes and contacts

We update the date at the top of the page when these terms change and announce material changes in advance. Questions: [email protected].
