What Bilem is

Bilem is a connector module for the 1C:Enterprise program. It connects ChatGPT, Claude and messengers to your company's 1C accounting database. Bilem Agent, a small Windows service that you install yourself next to 1C, answers questions such as "How much cash do we have?" or "Who owes us?" straight from your books. Access from ChatGPT and Claude is read-only.

Your consent. Bilem works only with databases you connect yourself, and ChatGPT or Claude get access only after an owner or admin of your organization approves it on the consent screen. You can revoke access at any time.

Connect Bilem to ChatGPT or Claude

Create an account at app.bilem.ai and install Bilem Agent on the computer with 1C (instructions).
Connect your 1C database to Bilem Cloud in the dashboard: 1C Databases → Bilem Cloud.
Add Bilem in ChatGPT or Claude and sign in with your Bilem account. An owner or admin of the organization approves access.
Ask: "How much cash do we have?"

Revoke access

In the dashboard: 1C Databases → Bilem Cloud → "ChatGPT and Claude" → Revoke. Access stops immediately. You can also remove Bilem in the ChatGPT or Claude settings.

Common issues

"Computer is offline". Bilem Agent must be running on the computer with 1C and have internet access. Check the Bilem Agent window or run bilem cloud status.
ChatGPT or Claude doesn't show Bilem tools. Start a new chat after adding Bilem: tools are loaded when a chat starts.
"No access". Only an owner or admin of the organization can connect ChatGPT or Claude. Ask the owner to grant you the admin role in the dashboard.
Old figures. Bilem answers from 1C as it is and states the date of the last posted bank statement. If the data is old, the statements have not been loaded into 1C yet.
